# 7. Shared Space

In the Urungi homepage, a shared space is offered where reports and/or dashboards are filed.

The management of this space is done from the 'Shared space' menu.

It is possible to organize the filing of shared reports using folders and subfolders:

* ➊ add a folder
* ➋ change the order of the folders by dragging the folder of your choice
* ➌ options to :
  * change the name of the file
  * delete the folder
  * add a subfolder
