7. Shared Space

In the Urungi homepage, a shared space is offered where reports and/or dashboards are filed.

The management of this space is done from the 'Shared space' menu.

It is possible to organize the filing of shared reports using folders and subfolders:

• ➊ add a folder

• ➋ change the order of the folders by dragging the folder of your choice

• ➌ options to :

  • change the name of the file

  • delete the folder

  • add a subfolder
